Clubs and Communities

School should not simply be a place to learn to read and write but an educational community that encourages the character strengths of its students, nurtures the diverse interests they hold, and exemplifies the philosophy of developing a lifelong love of learning. The AIS Clubs and Communities program typifies this, offering an excellent range of opportunities to motivate and inspire students from ELC to Grade 12.

Students involved in our Clubs have the opportunity to develop confidence, learn new skills, experience a sense of camaraderie and cooperation with other students, and an increased sense of self-worth.

AIS Clubs and Communities programs enrich varying areas of student development, with external providers delivering specialist instructors with relevant qualifications.

Examples include:

  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Engineering
  • Football
  • Gymnastics
  • Music
  • Mini Tennis
  • STEM
  • Football
  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Tennis
  • Parkour
  • Coding

Programs operate during the Term, usually for eight weeks.

Participation in most Clubs and Communities is at an additional cost paid directly to the provider. For more details on the activities offered, please see below.
