Recognition and Successes

At AIS we have a proud tradition of celebrating our students, staff, and families' successes. Students are recognised for success and achievement within our five pillars of Academic, Sporting, Culture, Community, and Wellbeing. Celebrations include Pillar Assemblies, Student of the Week, Character Strength of the Week, School Assemblies, Awards Evenings, Celebration of Success afternoons, and graduations. We invite you to have a look at our AIS champions.

Our brightest secondary school students were proud recipients of academic excellence awards at our first face-to-face awards assembly in a very long time.

Congratulations to all winners of the Quran Competition coordinated by our Islamic Department teachers and Head of Department, Ms. Ensherah Saadeh. Students were awarded a certificate, crown and a trophy by our Executive Principal, Mr. Steve McLuckie. Special congratulations to our grade 5 student, Sameena, for finishing the entire Quran. Well done everyone!

We had such an exciting time watching the Primary School Soccer Tournament final!
Congratulations to the Grade 6 team who took the trophy home with them after a very tight match.

Our Graduations are the most awaited events of the year. Below are some highlights of the Primary School Graduation.

It is a happy-sad moment for us as our beloved Grade 12 students graduate and take their first steps in the world as responsible adults who will always represent AIS wherever life may take them. Here are some beautiful moments captured from our Secondary School Graduation 2022.

Pillar Assemblies have the entire AIS community beaming with pride as we recognise and acknowledge the efforts of our students in all five Pillars Academic, Cultural, Sporting, Community, and Wellbeing. Parents are also always invited to be a part of their children's success and celebrate this day with us.

Our student leaders are selected based on a thorough rigorous process. We ensure that only the most capable students are selected to represent the student body and each of the five pillars. Parents are always encouraged to share this momentous occasion with their children.

We equip our students with leadership skills from the very start and our Grade 6 student leadership force is the biggest proof of the abilities our Primary School students possess. Our student leaders are selected based on a thorough rigorous process. We ensure that only the most capable students are selected to represent the student body.

Students across Primary School celebrated their learning by working together on mini-projects that displayed the many amazing things they had learned in school across a variety of subjects. Each year level worked around an individual theme and invited parents and the larger AIS Community to have a look and take pride in how far they have come on their journey at AIS.
