Admission Process
Thank you for considering AIS Sharjah for your child’s education. We are excited to support you through a smooth and transparent enrollment journey. Here is a step-by-step guide to joining the AIS family:
Inquiry & Application
Complete the AIS Application Form and visit our Enrolment Office to receive your Enrolment Pack, which includes all required forms, documents, and checklists. Submit the completed forms along with required documents to the Enrolments Team, It is essential that all forms are fully completed and documentation provided before moving to the next step. If some documents are temporarily unavailable, our team will advise if you can proceed.
Note: For international transfers (Grade 2 and above) Please ensure all certificates and report cards are attested before leaving your current country. Our enrolment team will be available to provide more information.
Enrolment Interview Process
Once your documentation is submitted and reviewed, you will be invited to book an enrolment interview with a School Administrator. The Enrolments Team will arrange the interview and notify you of the time. A confirmation call will be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled interview.
Note: Interviews are scheduled only after all application requirements are fulfilled.

Enrollment Interview
This interview provides an opportunity for us to understand your child's academic readiness, values, and overall, for our community. In some cases, a diagnostic assessment may also be required.
Grades 10-12
Interview includes SET Plan and a meeting with our Secondary Guidance Officer.
Duration: Approximately 60 minutes.
ELC - Grade 9
Interviews take approximately 30 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes if an assessment is needed.
Note: Students below ELC do not require an interview.
Note: Following the interview, you will be asked to complete the Enrolment Agreement and Acceptance Form. Please note that final approval is at the discretion of the Head of School.
