The After School Learning Centre (ASLC) supports academic excellence for all learners. Students have the opportunity to extend their learning beyond regular class hours through optional, structured programs run by our educators.
Whether in Primary or Secondary School, our ASLC fosters engagement, personalised support, and family involvement—empowering students to succeed academically and grow with confidence.
At AIS Sharjah, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Our Primary After School Learning Centre offers a range of programs for students from Prep to Grade 6, designed to provide additional academic support while also enriching the learning experience.
We offer a diverse range of after-school learning programs for students from Prep to Grade 6. These programs are designed to extend learning beyond the classroom, providing additional academic support and enrichment in a structured, engaging environment.
After-school sessions run from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and participation is entirely optional. These programs aim to complement classroom instruction while supporting both student growth and family engagement.
Note: No additional bus transportation is provided, so parents must collect their children from B Block at 4:00 PM.
The Secondary ASLC reflects our commitment to academic excellence and personalised learning for all students. Open to both Junior and Senior Secondary students, the ASLC offers opportunities to access targeted support across all subject areas.
Participation in the ASLC is voluntary. Students may work independently or collaborate in small groups, with teachers available to support individual learning needs.
Teaching staff may also reach out to parents if they believe a student would benefit from attending ASLC sessions. Our goal is to ensure every learner feels supported, empowered, and ready to succeed.
