Shared Responsibility
Our dedicated Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team provides wraparound care for every student, ensuring that physical and emotional safety are always prioritised. We also work closely with external professionals and agencies to strengthen our provision and extend the range of support available to our school community.
Safeguarding at AIS is a shared responsibility. Each year, our staff, students, and parents participate in comprehensive safeguarding and online safety training, ensuring everyone understands their role in maintaining a secure and supportive school environment — both on campus and online.
Safe Recruitment
Our safe recruitment practices ensure that all staff are carefully vetted before joining the AIS community. In addition, every student receives age-appropriate guidance on personal safety, helping them to make responsible choices and to look out for one another.
Safeguarding is woven through our policies, assemblies, and Wellbeing Programme, forming a foundation for a school culture where safety, respect, and wellbeing flourish.
