Middle Years Program

In Grades 7 to 10 , students engage in a broad and balanced curriculum across eight learning areas: English, Mathematics, Science, Health and Physical Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, The Arts, Technologies, and Languages. This rich academic foundation is complemented by a deep appreciation for Emirati culture, including Arabic language and Islamic studies, fostering respect and cultural understanding.

Senior Years Program

In the Senior Years, AIS offers the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE), including both ATAR and non-ATAR options. This pathway builds on the inquiry-based approach of the middle years and allows students to tailor their learning to their strengths and goals. Upon graduation, AIS students earn an internationally recognised credential that opens doors to leading universities and future opportunities worldwide.

Excellence In Every Step

At every stage of the secondary journey, students benefit from purpose-built facilities, passionate teachers, and a school culture that values individual growth, respect, and excellence. Together, we prepare our students to lead with knowledge, character, and confidence in an ever-changing world.

“Our goal is to guide each student toward academic success and personal fulfilment, equipping them to thrive in university and beyond.”

Steve McLuckie, Executive Principal & Head of Secondary School
